Yummy Garlic Broccoli Pasta. I have made this as a side dish and have eaten this for lunch. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups uncooked rigatoni pasta (any pasta will work) |
2 cups fresh broccoli florets |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. When pasta starts to boil, put broccoli in pot. 3. Cook until desired consistency. 4. In another pan, saute garlic in oil until tender. 5. Drain pasta and brocolli and add to garlic. 6. Toss to coat. 7. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and toss to combine. |
