Garlic Bread with sun dried tomatoes and mayo- who knew? Ingredients:
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon parsley leaves |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1/4 cup grated parmesan |
250 g sourdough bread, cut in 1/2 |
1 basil leaves |
8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped |
1 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan |
Directions:
1. Add first 9 ingredients and thoroughly mix together, divide in half, and refrigerate. 2. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. 3. Liberally apply garlic butter to bread halves. Bake in oven until light golden brown. Remove and top with basil, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan. |
