1/2 pound (french, italian or) sourdough bread, sliced |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 cloves garlic |
2 scallions, white and green parts |
Directions:
1. Mince garlic and scallions together until finely chopped and well mixed. 2. Using a pastry brush, dip into oil and spread on sliced bread. 3. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of garlic-scallion mixture onto bread and spread around with back of spoon. 4. Broil until golden. |
