Garlic, Black Pepper & Yoghurt 10-Minute Fish Marinade

Low-fat 10-minute fish marinade. Perfect for Salmon or any white fish.
Ingredients:
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients.
2. Coat each piece of fish with sauce and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Shake off excess sauce and broil or grill.
4. Depending upon the thickness of the fish, it will take from 4 to 8 minutes to cook through, until slightly opaque.
