Traditional Basque style dressing. This is a very strong Garlic flavored dressing from Elko Nevada.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill in refrigerator, overnight.
