The addition of chicken broth to a salad dressing may seem odd at first, but it really gives a good flavor to this dressing while keeping it low-cal. Ingredients:
1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
3 large cloves garlic |
salt and freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
