Garlic Basil Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, thawed peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon chili flakes
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup basil leaves, cut into ribbons
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet.
2. Add shrimp and cook 2 min on each side.
3. Remove to a serving dish.
4. Add garlic and chili flakes to hot pan.
5. Add wine and stir, scraping up any brown bits on the bottom of the pan.
6. Boil 3 minutes.
7. Add tomatoes and basil; toss and heat through.
8. Return shrimp to pan, stir well and serve.
