4 ear(s) corn shucked |
Directions:
1. Combine 2 tablespoons sofeteend butter, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small bowl. Place 4 ears of shucked corn into a large saucepan of boiling water; cook 4 minutes. Drain. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mutter mixture over each ear of corn. |
