12 ounces bow tie pasta |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to pkg directions; drain well. 2. Toss with oil, garlic and yogurt. 3. Add parmesan cheese, basil, and spices. 4. Toss well. |
