Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts |

I have never made roasted sprouts until tonight. I researched a couple recipes and combined two of which I found. This is a sweet-savory-sour concoction that is truly satisfying. I hope you enjoy. Ingredients:
1 frozen packed brussel sprouts, thawed and halved through the core |
2 cloves garlic, sliced |
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
2 tbsp honey |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 tsp dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Once thawed, slice brussel sprouts along the core. 2. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and in a single layer spread brussel sprouts and garlic. 3. Whisk balsamic, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and dijon mustard and pour over brussel sprouts and garlic.Ensure everything is covered in the dressing and roast for 25-30 minutes until all brussel sprouts have turned brown on the edges. Turn every 10 - 15 minutes to make sure none of them burn. 4. Easy. Quick.Delicious. 5. What do you think? |
