Sweet and tangy and very garlicky, perfect for a nice fresh romaine salad! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
2 minced garlic cloves |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. There are two ways to do this. 2. With Food Processor:. 3. Add garlic cloves to mini food processor. 4. Chop/grind. 5. Add everything else except for olive oil. 6. Chop/grind again. 7. Add olive oil. 8. Chop/grind again. 9. That's it! And you have perfectly blended perfectly creamy salad dressing. 10. Without Food Processor:. 11. Crush or mince garlic cloves. 12. Add all ingredients in a jar except olive oil. 13. Shake well. 14. Add olive oil. 15. Shake vigorously until evenly mixed. 16. Enjoy! |
