I serve this with sliced baguette bread (this recipe makes enough for two whole baguettes). This recipe is heavy on the garlic, so if you aren't a big fan, start with 1 clove and work your way up. Ingredients:
4 large avocados |
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
4 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados and remove the pit and the skin. 2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 3. Serve immediately. |
