1 bunch asparagus |
30 g butter |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
seasoning |
Directions:
1. Slice asparagus into 2.5cm lengths on the diagnal. 2. Melt butter in a frying pan. 3. Add the asparagus, garlic and seasonings. 4. Fry until asparagus is just tender. |
