The description says it all! Ingredients:
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped |
8 cloves garlic, minced |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 can chopped green chili pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients in bowl. 3. Spoon into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. 4. Serve with French, Sourdough or your favorite bread (sometimes I toast the bread). 5. As always, my disclaimer: if you do not adore garlic, I would reduce the amount to 4 cloves. |
