Garlic And Rosemary Roasted Potatoes |

This is a recipe that I have made as far back as I can remember. I clipped the recipe from a magazine in the 80's but not sure which magazine. It is a keeper and one that is made often in my house. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes each cut into 4 wedges |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cloves garlic minced |
1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then prepare shallow casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Arrange potato wedges in the prepared pan. 3. Combine oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in a small bowl. 4. Brush potatoes lightly with oil mixture then bake 1 hour basting with oil from pan often. |
