Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Goat |

A great way to incorperate Goat into your diet. Ingredients:
3 lbs goat leg, boneless |
4 potatoes, cut into large pieces |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped fresh |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. Place the roast in the slow cooker with potatoes arranged around it. 2. Add rosemary, ground cloves, garlic and black pepper. 3. Cover and cook on LOW until the goat is very tender, it will take about 8 to 9 hours. Add salt. 4. Slice the goat and serve hot with the potatoes. |
