Ingredients:
200 gram leeks |
100 gram onion |
500 gram potato |
1 1/2 liter of water |
1 stock cube |
200 ml cream |
15 cloves garlic |
1 tbsp oil |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Roast garlic using oil until browned- 10 - 15 min 2. Chop all veg and put all everything apart from the cream in the pan. Cook until soft- about 30 min. 3. Once cool put in blender and then add cream. 4. Season to taste, heat up amount required and freeze the remainder in portions. |
