A dressing so tasty cannot be easier than this ! Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 lemon, zest of |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add the vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper to a food processor bowl. 2. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the oil. 3. Serve immediately or place in a glass container (with a lid) and refrigerate. |
