Recipes don't get much easier or tastier than this. If you have the time, grate fresh Parmesan cheese and use freshly squeezed lemon juice for maximum flavor. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 1/2 cups hot cooked linguine (cooked without salt or fat) |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients. Pour over pasta; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
