Fast and easy supper, so good. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
2 teaspoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3 teaspoons oil |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch. 2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. 3. Coat chicken. 4. Heat oil in 10 in skillet. 5. Add chicken and cook and turn for 8 minutes. 6. Remove chicken from pan. 7. To the pan add garlic, broth, thyme and rosemary. 8. Remove from heat; Stir in butter. 9. Pour over chicken. |
