Garlic and Herb Mayonnaise

This turns an ordinary piece of fish or a cheese and tomato sandwich into a gastronomic feast!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
200 ml apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried herbs
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4-1/2 cup cooking oil
salt
Directions:
1. Blend eggs til thick and pale.
2. Slowly add apple cider vinegar.
3. Warm oil slightly, and trickle into egg until mixture has thickened.
4. Add herbs, garlic and salt.
