This turns an ordinary piece of fish or a cheese and tomato sandwich into a gastronomic feast! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
200 ml apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon dried herbs |
3 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/4-1/2 cup cooking oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Blend eggs til thick and pale. 2. Slowly add apple cider vinegar. 3. Warm oil slightly, and trickle into egg until mixture has thickened. 4. Add herbs, garlic and salt. |
