Garlic and Chive Vinaigrette |

Use to dress green leaf salads or warm new potatoes. Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
6 tablespoons light oil |
1 garlic clove, peeled but left whole |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
1 pinch sugar |
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped |
Directions:
1. Shake together everything but the chives. 2. Just before serving, add the chives. |
