Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
1 cup milk |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
melted butter |
Directions:
1. Whisk together flour and milk; stir in cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar. Spoon into a lightly greased 12-cup muffin pan, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 375° for 18 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter. |
