Why pay the price for veggie juice with preservatives and additives when you can make your own-fresh. Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes (about 1 lb) |
1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1/2 small cucumber, peeled and sliced |
2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish, prepared |
2 -3 drops hot red pepper sauce |
5 ice cubes |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Peel, core, seed and chop the tomatoes. 2. Place the tomatoes, green pepper, and the cucumber in electric blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute or until smooth. 3. Add the lemon juice, horseradish, red pepper sauce, dill, and ice cubes; blend 1 minute longer, or until smooth. |
