Ingredients:
2 quarts canned no-salt-added beef broth, undiluted |
3 cups chopped tomato |
2 cups diced potato |
2 cups chopped cabbage |
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn |
1/2 cup chopped carrot |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped zucchini |
1/2 cup chopped fresh green beans |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce |
1 (6-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato paste |
1 bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Place beef broth in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add tomato and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally. To serve, remove and discard bay leaf. |
