It is certainly easy to GRACEFULLY eat a chopped salad and this one sounds pretty darned good although I might add a few sliced ripe olives for good measure. Courtesy of kraftfoods.. Ingredients:
6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped |
1 cup broccoli, chopped |
1/2 cup carrots, matchstick or shredded |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Toss lettuce with broccoli, carrots and dressing. 2. Top with cheese and bacon. 3. **A 10 ounces package of torn romaine yields 6 cups.. just what you need here! |
