Got this from a really old book Ingredients:
3/4 cup carrot, grated (about 3 medium-size) |
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped (about 2 stalks) |
2 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon chili sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare, put into a bowl and toss together the vegetables and cheese. 2. Blend in lightly a mixture of chili sauce, salt and pepper. 3. Spread on desired bread. |
