A light salad with a lovely fruit and vegetable medley. Ingredients:
5 radishes, trimmed and sliced |
1 medium carrot, diced |
1/4 cup cucumber, diced |
1/4 cup watermelon, diced |
2 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced |
4 tablespoons orange juice |
ground black pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine radishes, carrot, cucumber, watermelon and tomatoes; toss well. 2. Drizzle orange juice over mixture. 3. Sprinkle black pepper over salad. 4. Enjoy! |
