We like these at parties and also some time for lunch. They are really very good and tasty. Ingredients:
4 oz. feta cheese |
2 oz. cream cheese |
1/4 cup sour cream |
2 tbsp. minced fresh dill |
1 tbsp. fresh mint |
1 cup radishes, diced |
1 cup english cucumber, diced, if you can't find the english cucumber use a regular cucumber |
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced |
3 flavored tortillas, warmed (10 ) |
minced zest of 1 lemon |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Puree feta, cream cheese, sour cream, zest, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. 2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in herbs. 3. Spread 1/3 of the feta mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top 1/2 of each tortilla with 1/3 of the vegetables. 4. Roil wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set up the filling. 5. Slice each wrap into 4 pieces. |
