A cold salad perfect for a hot summer evening when you don't feel like cooking - it tastes a bit like a gourmet pizza without the dough. All amounts are an approximate. Ingredients:
5 small tomatoes |
10 pitted kalamata olives |
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts |
2 tablespoons feta cheese |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
salt & pepper |

Directions:
