a stand alone meal for all vegetarian! you just need a glass of refreshing juice to give you the best burp!...how about a cup of coffee! Ingredients:
3 cups cook rice (or left over rice will do) |
2 tablespoon mince garlic |
1/2 cup diced carrots |
1/2 cup green peas |
1/2 cup whole kernel corn (pre-cooked or canned) |
1/4 cup sliced celery (about 1/4 of an inch length) |
1/4 cup sliced leeks (about 1/4 of an inch length) |
4pcs dried mushroom (soaked in water then sliced thinly) |
2 tablespoon olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 tsp sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oil in an skillet over high heat 2. put in dried mushroom to relish the aroma 3. then the put in the garlic until medium brown in color 4. then put all the vegetable, salt and pepper and sugar 5. stir fry for 5 minutes 6. add the rice then mixed well 7. continue mixing for another 5 minutes 8. serve hot with your refreshing drinks or with a hot coffee. |
