This recipe makes 1 small load bread, about 8 slices. It makes wonderful turkey sandwiches!!! I rewrote the recipe to follow order of my machine. It works wonderfully in my Panasonic. I omit the dry milk to make my bread pareve. Read more . It works just fine.
Ingredients:
regular loaf (8 slices)
2 cups white bread flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chives
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon fast rise yeast or
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
large loaf (12 slices)
3 cups white bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 tablespoon chives
1/2 tablespoon marjoram
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons butter
1-1/4 cups water
2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or
3 teaspoons dry active yeast
Directions:

5. Use dried herbs that are flaked and not ground. If using ground,
6. reduce the amt. by half. If using fresh herbs, double the recipe.
