Garden Fruit Spinach Salad

This healthy salad is sweet and yummy. If you didn't like spinach before this recipe, now you do! Mango adds a wonderfully great taste that for people who don't like spinach don't even taste it. As for me, I just love it.
Ingredients:
salad
2 cups spinach washed
1 large mango diced
1 cup strawberries halved
1 large tomato diced
2 apples diced
1/2 of walnuts
mango dressing
3-4 dates
1 cup of water
Directions:
1. Salad
2. Assemble all the ingredients onto your serving dish and move onto making your dressing.
3. Mango dressing
4. Depending on how juicy the mango is you may not have to put all the water in. Combine the mangoes and the dates and a 1/4 of water in a blender and blend until smooth. If may now need to put in more water, depending on how runny you like your salad dressing. Pour your salad dressing slowly over your salad. Enjoy!
