Super healthy and super tasty garden frittata. Ingredients:
1 whole egg |
3 egg whites |
1/2 cup chopped spinach |
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato |
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
1/4 teaspoon garlic |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon salsa |
Directions:
1. Spray pan with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Brown garlic. Add all ingredients and cook on medium heat until eggs are firm. Add parmesan or salsa if desired. |
