Found this in a kraft foods magazine...am posting here so I don't lose it. I'm thinking a diced red onion would be good it this as well...Sounds lovely! Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (i use hellmans light) |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 lb new red small potato, unpeeled, halved, cooked until tender and cooled |
1 lb new white small potato, unpeeled, halved, cooked until tender and cooled |
1/2 lb green beans, cut into 2 in. pieces, blanced |
1/2 lb yellow beans, cut into 2 in. pieces, blanced |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. 3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
