This spread is delicious with crackers,whole grain bread,raw veggies or even on a sandwich.It does have a slight bite to it, so if you don't like it an the hot side just leave out the tabasco sauce Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese |
1/4 cup soft butter |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon sweet & spicy mustard (any brand) |
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese |
3 scallions thinly sliced |
1/4 cup shredded carrot |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese and butter together. 2. Add milk and mustard. 3. Stir in cheese and half the scallions. 4. Mix in carrots and tabasco sauce. 5. Blend well making sure there are no lumps. 6. Garnish with remaining scallions. |
