vegetarian burger Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/2 cup zucchini |
1/4 green pepper |
1 green onion |
1 clove garlic |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
2 tbl extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Shred and chop vegetables, combine with other ingedients and 1 tbl of olive oil. Heat other tbl of olive oil in a skillet. Form two patties out of mixture and cook in skillet on each side 3-4 minutes until golden brown. |
