Serving size 3 cups per person. Three lettuce mixtures, celery, carrots
Ingredients:
90 g red leaf lettuce (5 leaves)
93 g green leaf lettuce (3 leaves)
313 g iceberg lettuce (1/4 head)
24 g carrots (4 baby)
35 g celery (1lg stalk)
Directions:
1. Chop all lettuce, celery, carrots, place in strainer and poor ice cold water over and drain. Place plate under strainer and cover with plastic wrap in refrigerator, until ready to serve. Also, can be stored in container for future meals.
