Protein Ingredients:
15 oz of organic garbanzo beans |
14 1/2 oz of organic diced tomatoes, no salt |
1/2 tbsp of olive oil |
112 g of extra lean ground turkey |
2 cups of spinach |
1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth |
1 cup of mushrooms |
2 cups of kale |
Directions:
1. Add can of tomatoes, ground turkey, and olive oil to a pan. If using diced tomatoes w/ no salt, add a pinch of black pepper. If using fire roasted tomatoes, don't season. When turkey is cooked, add garbanzos. Then add spinach at the end. |
