Ingredients:
15 oz of organic garbanzo beans
14 1/2 oz of organic diced tomatoes, no salt
1/2 tbsp of olive oil
112 g of extra lean ground turkey
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup of mushrooms
2 cups of kale
Directions:
1. Add can of tomatoes, ground turkey, and olive oil to a pan. If using diced tomatoes w/ no salt, add a pinch of black pepper. If using fire roasted tomatoes, don't season. When turkey is cooked, add garbanzos. Then add spinach at the end.
