This is from Simply Vegan. So simple, but it sounds delicious. This would be a good spread for a wrap too. Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1 -2 teaspoon cumin |
1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. 2. Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce. Or as a dip. |
