We really like this served with pitas. This is easy to prepare and your guests will love this. Ingredients:
20 ounces garbanzo beans |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
fresh ground pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Drain beans thoroughly. 2. Combine with other ingredients in blender; blend until creamy. 3. Serve chilled, sprinkled with chopped parsley. |
