Yummy veggie burgers made with garbanzo beans. Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas, cooked and mashed |
1 stalk celery, finely chopped |
1/4 small onion, minced |
1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
2 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients, except oil, in a bowl. Form 4 flat patties. 2. Fry patties in oiled pan over medium high heat until burgers are golden brown on each side. Makes 4 burgers. |
