Cornflake gobs covered in chocolate and peanut butter. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup white corn syrup |
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Heat sugar, corn syrup and cocoa in a heavy sauce pan to boiling and then remove. 2. Add peanut butter, cornflakes, and vanilla. 3. Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet (line with foil or wax paper sprayed with Pam). 4. Let cool. |
