Easy flavorful rice. Ingredients:
2 cups white rice |
3 cups vegetable broth |
1/2 tablespoon garam masala |
1/4 teaspoon coriander |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Bring vegetable broth to a boil over high heat. 2. Stir in all ingredients and return to boil. 3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. 4. Fluff and serve. |
