Easy flavorful rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups white rice
3 cups vegetable broth
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Bring vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
2. Stir in all ingredients and return to boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
4. Fluff and serve.
