2 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons black peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
3/4 teaspoon cardamom seeds
1 (1-inch) cinnamon stick
Directions:
1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat; add all ingredients. Cook 2 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. Place spice mixture in a spice or coffee grinder; process until finely ground.
