Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon bay leaf powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cardamom
star anise (to taste)
black cardamom pod (to taste)
anise seed (to taste)
Directions:
1. Dry roast the coriander seeds in a frying pan until fragrent. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and store in a air tight container.
