Authentic recipe from British International School Slovenia's cooking class conducted by Nisha. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon bay leaf powder |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 1/2 teaspoons coriander seeds |
1 teaspoon cardamom |
star anise (to taste) |
black cardamom pod (to taste) |
anise seed (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Dry roast the coriander seeds in a frying pan until fragrent. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and store in a air tight container. |
