A mild, almost sweet curry. Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, pieces |
1 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks |
3 cloves |
1 tablespoon black peppercorns |
3 tablespoons coriander seeds |
2 teaspoons cardamom seeds |
Directions:
1. Toast and grind all the spices together. 2. Store in a tightly sealed jar for several months. |
