This is perfect for the Darn Good Chocolate Cake and the Chocolate Truffle Cake Filling Ingredients:
10 (1 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Microwave chocolate and whipping cream in medium glass bowl at High for 1 minute until melted and smooth, Stirring once. (I used a double boiler its just the same). 2. Let cool. If you need to refrigerate dont let it set too much, otherwise you'll have a huge piece of solid chocolate. 3. Frosts the top and sides of double layer cake. |
