Gammon Steaks With Pineapple |

Whenever we go to a pub, I always order this. It comes with a side order of chips and mayonnaise. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 gammon steaks |
2 slices pineapple |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frypan. 2. Add steaks and pineapple. 3. Fry for two minutes each side, or until golden. 4. Fry eggs. 5. Serve with pineapple on top of gammon with egg on side with a plate of hot chips and mayonnaise. |
