Good party food or as a main course Ingredients:
15 chicken drumsticks( about 4 pounds) |
1 can chicken broth |
1/2 cup dijon-style mustard |
1/3 cup italian-seasoned bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. In baking dish large enough; arrange chicken in a single layer 2. Mix broth and mustard. Pour broth mixture over chicken and turn to coat. Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours 3. Bake at 375 degreesF. for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink. 4. Serve immediately or let stand 30 minutes to serve at room temperature. |
